Property Services

Property Services is included within the remit of Technical Services.

Technical Services has three teams, Asset Management, Property and Civil Works and the Projects Team and is responsible for the corporate land and property.

• Responsive maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• New build, refurbishment and alteration projects
• Project management of major schemes
• Disposal and Acquistion of assets
• Monitoring and Managing energy and water use
