Office Study 2007

This report assesses the office market in Shrewsbury. It has been carried out on behalf of Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council (SABC), Shropshire County Council, Morris Property and Alaska Group.

Its role is to inform the Local Development Framework, and allow SABC to develop clear and realistic planning policies. In particular it will be used to consider applications to convert existing town centre offices to other uses. It will also be used to reassess the conditions  which impose a minimum unit size at Shrewsbury Business Park.
