This development brief seeks to provide a land use planning framework to guide future proposals in an area where there has been a degree of uncertainty for many years. The brief has been subject to wide community consultation and it is hoped that the brief will secure the enhancement of the local environment for the benefit of both new and existing residents of the area. The brief will provide supplementary planning guidance against which to determine future applications.
