The Chatwood Village Conservation Area was designated on January 17, 1993, and lies on the northern fringes of Shrewsbury, in Harlescott.  The Conservation Area comprises the full extent of this 1920s model housing development.

The following document contains a full appraisal of the Chatwood Village Conservation Area.  The purpose of the document is to identify those parts of the Conservation Area that should be preserved and enhanced.  It also contains proposals for improvement.
