The village of Acton Burnell is located about 7 miles south east of Shrewsbury. The Acton Burnell Conservation was designated on February 15, 1977, and covers an aera of approximately 42.9 hectares (106 acres). The Conservation Area comprises all of the dwellings in the village.
The following document contains a full appraisal of the Acton Burnell Conservation Area. The purpose of the document is to identify those parts of Acton Burnell Conservation Area that should be preserved and enhanced. It also contains proposals for improvement.
