Paying Your Invoice
Paying your Sundry Debtor Invoice is easy by using one of the following methods of payment:
By Phone
Telephone our automated debit card line on (01743) 281176. You will need your Debit Card details and the invoice details.
By Standing Order
Please telephone the Income Section on (01743) 281497 to request a form. Standing Orders can be repaid weekly, fortnightly or monthly. (If you are a business paying an invoice – repayments via this method can also be quarterly or annually).
At the Post OfficeE
You may pay at any Post Office by completing an in-payment form quoting the Council's National Giro account number of 4172124. You must also identify your payment by quoting the invoice number in the "message to payee" portion of the form.
Please note that The Post Office may make a charge for this service.

Please ensure you quote your invoice number on the payment envelope if not enclosing the invoice with your payment.

If you require a receipt, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope with your payment.
Also you must clearly quote your Invoice Number on the back of your cheque or postal order.

In order to use this facility you will need a DEBIT CARD (not a credit card).
You may have previously used the Alliance and Leicester BillPay service. The above link works in a similar way but without the need to register.
