A) Access, Security and Safety

SAQ1. How often will the Sports Village be open? (04.07.05, Sundorne School)
SAA1. The Sports Village will be open 7 days a week from 10am to 10pm.

SAQ2. I noticed that a fence had been broken at the Sports Village (06.07.05, Harlescott Junior School)
SAA3. There have been some issues with the fencing but these have been mostly resolved, especially now there is lots of activity on site. We would stress that a construction site is a very dangerous place to be and under no circumstances should anyone try to get onto the site or break down a fence so that others can get on the site. The fences will be removed as soon as the site is available for use. It is important to remember that whenever a fence is broken down it costs money to repair and replace, money that should be spent on creating first class sporting facilities for everyone to enjoy. If you see anyone trying to damage a fence or get onto the site report it immediately to your parent, carer, teacher or the project team here at SABC (projects@shrewsbury.gov.uk tel. 01743 2811286 or 01743 281185).

SAQ3. Will there be a gap around the Sports Village to walk? (06.07.05, Harlescott Junior School)

SAA4. No.

SAQ5. Will my dog get thrown out of the Sports Village if it is naughty? (06.07.05, Harlescott Junior School)

SAQ6. What if something goes wrong at the Sports Village? (06.07.05, Harlescott Junior School)
