Fly Posting

Fly posting is considered to be any unauthorised poster or sticker placed on any surface in any accessible open space within the borough of Shrewsbury and Atcham.

With regard to fly posting SABC will:

Detect

SABC will proactively detect instances of fly posting on publicly accessible open space.

Enforce

Enforcement action will be taken against any identifiable fly poster and/or beneficiary under the relevant legislation .

Remove

Fly posting shall be removed following the evidence gathering process.
