Garden Waste

The Council runs a free service for the collection of garden waste / cardboard from every home in the Borough. 

Please note the service is improving, we are now using green wheelie bins to collect your garden waste and cardboard.   This should improve the scheme for users and make it easier for customers and staff to use.  We have delivered your new bin and you can start using it from the week commencing October 22nd.

Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council's Garden Waste Collection and Composting Service is now a year-round scheme.  A collection is made once every fortnight and this will continue throughout the year.
