Housing Allocations Policy

In October 2001 Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council transferred its rented housing stock to a newly formed Registered Social Landlord (RSL) called Severnside Housing Association.

The Council is no longer a landlord and does not have a general housing waiting list or register. We have a housing allocations policy that ensures our legal obligations to homeless people are fully met.
