Museum of the Imagination

Join in a fun, creative – and free! - workshop that explores the strange and wonderful collections of Shrewsbury Museum and creates new ways of seeing what was once taken for granted. The workshop is led by the artist Maggie Allmark and is the perfect half-term treat for grandparents and grandchildren (aged approx. 5-12)  Other family members are welcome too!

Wednesday May 28   10 – 12am or 1.30- 3.30pm, Rowley’s House.

The workshops are part of The Friendly Museum project, a process of consultation between the museum and community groups, the results of which will feedback and shape aspects of the new Shrewsbury Museum as part of the Music Hall redevelopment.

The project is managed by The Friends of Shrewsbury’s Museums, with funding from the Awards for All Heritage Lottery scheme
