The excel cycle programme will begin following the British Cycling 'Go-ride scheme' and then progressing through the British cycling coaching programme up to competition standard.  These are followed up by a Saturday morning excel academy (11.00am - 12.00pm).

All participants are encouraged if they so wish, to follow the exit routes to the local club, Mid Shropshire Wheelers and hopefully one day follow in the shoes and tyres of our world conquering British Cycling Team.  The two clubs on a Tuesday are the foundation for the programme.
