HGV and Coach Parking and Access
HGV and Coach Parking is available at Abbey Foregate car park. At Frankwell car park there are now 5 dedicated coach bays available. The cost is £5 for up to 24 hours.
Coach drop off point
The Council has made available a tourist Coach dropping off point in the town centre, adjacent to the Barker Street Car Park and Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery. Coaches may use this facility to set down and pick up passengers only.
Access for large vehicles
Shrewsbury is a mediaeval town, and as such has some narrow streets which make access by large vehicles to some parts of the town difficult or impossible.
