St. Mary's Church is located in the heart of Shrewsbury. It is said to date back to around 960 A.D., and has been improved substantially over the centuries, with such additions as the church being enlarged, as well as fitted with stained glass windows. The sheer height of the church's spire is quite impressive and can be seen for miles around, it being one of the tallest in England. |

The nearest public car parks are located at Raven Meadows and St. Julian's Friars. There is also a bus stop right outside the church, and the railway station is only a short walk away.
