Battlefield Heritage Park

On Saturday 21st of July 1403 a rebel army led by Sir Henry 'Hotspur' Percy and the Royal army of Henry IV met. The battle that followed was to be remembered for its ferocity.

Shropshire Country Council provide a leaflet which can be got from the Tourist Information Centre, which contains information on walks you can take around the Battlefield, background information, history on the event, major characters and more.
