Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Vehicle Licence Applicants should refer to the vehicle conditions prior to making an application to ensure that a vehicle fulfills the licensing criteria before making an application.  The Licensing Section will then arrange a vehicle suitabiity test before the Licence is issued.
