Personnel Services
Personnel Services provide information and advice to individual employees, Council Members and the Management Team. Services provided are equally wide-ranging; Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Health and Safety, Conditions of Service and Employee Relations to name but a few! Our mission statement is:-
"To provide the Authority with a trained, well-motivated, contented workforce who are able to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in their work through the provision of appropriate training and development opportunities, a safe and healthy working environment, fair conditions of employment and ensuring all employees are treated equitably and with respect."
We aim:
- To provide a broad and significant contribution to helping the Authority achieves its corporate objectives.
