1. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Councillor Armstrong will propose that Mrs Buckley be Chairman for the duration of the meeting.

3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
To receive any declarations of members' interests in any matters which are to be considered at this meeting and to receive any dispensations which will be relied upon.

4. EXEMPT ITEM
The following item relates to exempt matters under Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. The Committee will be asked to pass the following resolution:
RESOLVED:
That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of item 5 on the grounds that it could involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 3 and 8 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
5. REQUEST TO HOLD PART OF HEARING IN PRIVATE
To consider the request of the Monitoring Officer that parts of the hearing be conducted in private and that certain associated paperwork be withheld from publication.
Recommendation:
That members consider representations in relation to the request the Monitoring Officer that parts of the hearing be conducted in private and that certain associated paperwork be withheld from publication.
6. ALLEGATION OF A BREACH OF THE CODE OF CONDUCT
(a) To consider a report of the Monitoring Officer and the responses received thereon in relation to an allegation which had been referred to the Monitoring Officer for investigation by the Standards Board for England that Councillor Tudor Bebb of Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council had breached the Council's Code of Conduct; and, if necessary
(b) EXEMPT ITEM
The following item may relate to exempt matters under Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972. In the event that the Committee accedes to the request by the Monitoring Officer in item 5 above The Committee will be asked to pass the following resolution:
RESOLVED:
That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the remaining item on the grounds that it could involve the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 3 and 8 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.
(c) To consider any exempt representations in relation to a report of the Monitoring Officer and the responses received thereon in relation to an allegation which had been referred to the Monitoring Officer for investigation by the Standards Board for England that Councillor Tudor Bebb of Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council had breached the Council's Code of Conduct
Recommendation:
Following the submission of all evidence, Members are requested to consider whether Councillor Tudor Bebb of Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council acted in breach of the Councils Code of Conduct and if so, to consider the imposition of a sanction in consequence of such breach.
Members of the Sub-Committee are requested to bring to the meeting copies of the publication of the Standards Board for England entitled "Standards Committee Determinations"
