Guidance Notes and Fees

The attached notes have been produced by the Council to assist in the completion of applications forms for Premises and Personal Licences and Club Registration Certificates.

The Licence fees are included.  Personal Licences are £37.00 for a ten year licence and the fee payable for Premises Licences and Club Registration Certificates are based on non domestic rateable value of a property.  There will also be an annual fee to cover inspections and enforcement payable one year after the grant of licence.  Each band attracts a different level of annual fee.
