National Landlords Association - Shrewsbury Branch

Shrewsbury and Atcham Borough Council are keen to work in partnership with private landlords and are pleased to have facilitated the formation of the National Landlords Association - Shrewsbury Branch. One of its main objectives is to promote good practice and encourage the provision of sustainable good quality accommodation, whilst representing and promoting the interests of the private rented sector.

Formed in 2003, the NLA exists to protect and promote the interests of residential landlords operating in the private rented sector throughout the country.  With its Head Office in Westminster, the NLA lobbies central government increasingly effectively, and carries weight with local authorities.  The NLA provides a range of benefits and services to individual members, including a telephone advice line operated by experienced professionals, regular journals, meetings, the UK Landlords (NLA journal),
e-newsletters and much more.

The newly formed NLA - Shrewsbury Branch is keen to promote itself and welcomes new members.  Members currently include local private landlords, Voluntary Organisations, Property Developers, Accountants, and Surveyors - to name but a few!
