Severn Trent Water are the statutory undertaker responsible for the operation and maintenance of the public (foul and storm) drainage systems in this area. If you have any problems with the public sewerage system, please contact: 0800 783 4444.

The Borough Council have copies of the public sewer records which are available for inspection during normal office hours.
