The Quarry

The Quarry Park occupies a beautiful location in the centre of Shrewsbury nestled in a bend in the river Severn.
Within the Quarry area you will find.
  • Large open park areas, ideal for ball games, picnicing, or just relaxing.
  • The Dingle Garden - a combination of formal bedding and informal planting surrounding a small lake - a great place to feed the ducks.

You have a choice of car parks for the quarry, Frankwell and St Julian Friars are both about 10 mins walk away. Alternatively, you could walk the shorter distance from the town centre which is well served by the Park and Ride service.
