Can't think of anything to do? Have a look below for ideas!

Visit the Quarry Park

Quarry Park Activities

The Quarry Park hosts plenty of events, such as the weekly art exhibition and the annual flower show. Other than these though, the Quarry is a great place to just go for a walk, sit on the grass, chat and relax!

Go for a Swim

Quarry Swimming and Fitness Centre

Right next to the Quarry Park, the swimming baths are part of the Quarry Swimming and Fitness suite. The centre is open Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Click here for a map of the area so you can get to the Swimming Baths!

Go see a Movie

Cineworld Website

The biggest cinema in Shrewsbury is Cineworld - There are plenty of good movies showing at the moment. You can also see films at the Old Market Hall. Don't miss out! Meet up with some friends and go see one all together.

Go Bowling

AMF Bowling website

There's something oddly satisfying about hurling a large, hard ball down an alley to knock over the helpless pins at the bottom.
